“As far as improving air quality is concerned, we are acting in a comprehensive manner, which is why the Clean Air programme assumes financing both thermal modernisation and heat sources. The Ministry of Environment recognises the importance of the problem and has prepared proposals for solutions to prevent such situations from happening in the future.
