The Convent.s debates are attended also by the representatives of Ministry of Sport and Tourism, Ministry of Regional Development, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Interior and Administration, as well as of the Polish Tourism Organisation, the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, and the Western Pomeranian Tourism Organisation.

The meeting is dedicated to consideration of the development opportunities of tourism in Poland, including, promotion of the tourism products and the individual Polish regions, as well as the relevant cooperation activities managed by the Polish Tourism Organisation and the Regional Tourism Organisations.

Dr. Maciej Trzeciak, Under-Secretary of State, Ministry of the Environment, Chief Nature Conservator, delivers presentation titled "Natura 2000 Network, versus development of the local tourism in the areas naturally valuable".

Besides, address is to be delivered on the Governmental concept in the field of development of tourism and promotion of tourism products in Poland pursuant to the 2007-2013 Tourism Development Strategy. Other issues to be discussed include the creation and introduction of good brand tourism products based upon unique regional features, the cooperation between Provincial Authorities and the Polish Tourism Organisation on the regional promotion, and the tourism regional attractiveness as the factor influencing selection of investment sites.

Important issues on the agenda include also implementation of the infrastructure projects under Regional Operational Programmes in the transition period until the discrepancies between the Polish national legal provisions and the Community environmental legal framework are eliminated, as well as the "Human Capital" Operational Programme.
