Warsaw, 30 June 2008 On 9 July 2008, the National Commission for Environmental Impact Assessment meets at Ministry of the Environment. Dr. Maciej Trzeciak, Under-Secretary of State, Ministry of the Environment, Chief Nature Conservator, also participates. The planned road project on the construction of the northern mouth of the S-7 Express Road from Warsaw on the Gdansk direction, on its Czosnów - the AK Route section will be the subject of the Commission's debate. The said project is the objective of the environmental impact assessment procedure as managed by the Voivode (i.e. Governor) of the Mazovia Province prior to making a decision on environmental conditions for issuance of the construction consent. It is currently on the stage of agreeing the environmental conditions for its implementation with Minister of the Environment. The report on the aforementioned procedure will be accompanied by the relevant co-report. The addresses to be delivered by the Investor, the Author of the environmental impact assessment report, and of the co-report, as well as discussion to be held by the individuals concerned are also planned.
