On the future of the climate during the “Petersberg Climate Dialogue”

A meeting of ministers of the environment from 35 countries was held in Berlin. It was organised jointly by Germany and Poland - the host of UN Climate Change Conference (COP19). The discussed topics included, above all, the global agreement on greenhouse gas emission reduction. The meeting was co-chaired by the ministers of the environment of Poland and Germany - Marcin Korolec and Peter Altmaier. The German Chancellor Angela Merkel was present at the opening of the dialogue.

21st edition of the WOD-KAN Fair

Representatives of companies, scientists, self-governments and other entities from water supply industry met for the 21st time during the WOD-KAN Fair in Bydgoszcz. The Fair is already a tradition. 20-year history has its obligations. I would like to thank the Polish Waterworks Chamber of Commerce for the organisation of the event. It is the greatest event of this type in Poland that allows for opinion sharing and getting familiar with the newest technologies and facilities - said Stanisław Gawłowski, Secretary of State in the Ministry of the Environment, honorary patron of the Fair.
